We use Crisp (Crisp IM SARL, France) for customer support and chat functionality. When you use the chat, your messages and metadata are processed on servers within the EU.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures).

3.2 Analytics & User Behavior (Google Analytics, Umami, Hotjar, OpenPanel)

To continuously improve our app, we use various analytics tools:

  • Umami & OpenPanel: We use these services for privacy-friendly analysis of app usage. Data is processed pseudonymously.
  • Google Analytics: A web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. We use IP anonymization.
  • Hotjar: We use Hotjar to better understand our users' needs (e.g., how much time is spent on which pages). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on user behavior and their devices.

Legal Basis: If you have given your consent, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3.3 Fonts (Adobe Typekit)

We integrate fonts from Adobe Fonts. When you access the site, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Adobe to display them correctly. Your IP address is transmitted to Adobe in the process.
